Software subscription and billing
Effective October 6, 2026. These sales terms cover Akeelah FOMO Manager software subscriptions provided by Akeelah, LLC through Akeelah Trading Academy. Support: contact@akeelah.io.
Plans and recurring charges. Essential is $99/month, Pro $199/month, and Elite $299/month, in USD. The selected plan renews automatically each month using the payment method authorized at checkout until you cancel. There is no annual commitment or early cancellation fee. The exact amount, billing interval and next renewal information are displayed by Stripe. Any applicable taxes or additional checkout charges are disclosed there.
Cancellation. Cancel before the next renewal through the customer billing portal linked on the Akeelah customer pages. The normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; access continues through that period while the license remains eligible. There are no further subscription renewals after the scheduled cancellation takes effect. Uninstalling the extension, stopping its monitoring, closing Chrome, not using the software, or changing your payment card does not cancel the subscription.
7-day money-back guarantee. If it is not for you, email contact@akeelah.io within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment. Refunds under this guarantee cover the first payment only, and the request must be made within 7 days. Renewal payments, unused time and partial months are otherwise nonrefundable, except where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy. This policy does not limit nonwaivable consumer rights or remedies for unauthorized charges. Contact contact@akeelah.io promptly for a duplicate charge, billing error or failure to receive an issued license.
Delivery and access. Delivery is electronic through the official download and activation pages. A purchase provides access to the selected licensed feature tier, not ownership of the FOMO platform, wallet assets or Akeelah's hosted licensing infrastructure. Payment problems, expiration or cancellation can suspend licensed feature access. The current public offer is monthly; no one-time or permanent-access offer is included in these terms.
License, operation, risk and support
Account binding. A retail license is assigned to one FOMO account ID. Customers are responsible for providing the correct account ID and protecting the issued key. Resetting a key invalidates the previous key. Account changes require support review; key recovery alone does not change the binding.
Software notices. The distributed package contains third-party/open-source components, with their notices and license supplied in the LICENSE file. Those component licenses continue to apply; these subscription terms do not remove rights granted by them. Paid subscription access to Akeelah's hosted licensing and selected service features is a separate offering.
Requirements and dependency. You need a compatible desktop browser, a FOMO account/session, internet and a computer that stays awake for monitoring. Elite Telegram features additionally need a signed-in Telegram Web session and rendered supported signal messages. The software depends on third-party interfaces and data that can change or become unavailable. Scheduled or overnight operation is not a hosted always-on guarantee.
Trading responsibility. You choose your orders, amounts, tokens, settings, risk overrides and use of Live mode. Automated execution can cause real financial losses. No feature guarantees a fill, an execution price, profitable results, uninterrupted operation, risk elimination or protection during outages. Stops and trailing instructions can execute after a gap or fail when the account/session or market is unavailable. The software is an execution/management tool, not personalized investment advice.
Third-party services. Akeelah is not affiliated with or endorsed by FOMO, Telegram or Google. Customers remain responsible for complying with those services' rules and maintaining their accounts. Network, platform and trading fees are separate from the Akeelah software subscription.
Support and maintenance. Contact contact@akeelah.io for installation, licensing, recovery and software issues. Support does not manage your wallet or make trading decisions for you. Compatibility updates may be necessary; features may be adjusted to address third-party changes. These terms do not promise every future product, major upgrade, permanent service availability or a specific response-time service level.
Privacy and legal rights. Review PRIVACY.md included with the package for local storage and FOMO/Akeelah/Telegram data flows. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is supplied without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free performance or trading results. No statement in these terms excludes any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support before purchase if the requirements or permitted features are unclear.
